A collections operation was buried under inbound carrier placement emails. We built an agent that reads each email and its attachments, extracts the policy fields, validates them against the rules, and routes the placement — clearing inbound placements at roughly 85% first-pass field accuracy in its pilot, built from kickoff to a working agent in about six weeks.
Same-day KPI visibility across 80+ agents
A public-sector contact center spanning 80+ agents and a dozen operational units had no same-day reporting — KPIs were assembled by hand. We delivered daily reporting across eight live metrics in the formats people actually use (PDF, Excel, wallboard, Teams cards), reconciled to the source system within ±0.5%.
